DE&I Practitioner and Consultant

 

Join our team of subject matter experts. As a deepSEE Consultant, you will have the opportunity to undergo and familiarize yourself with our proprietary processes and DE&I solutions.

Necessary Experience:

  • At least 5 years as a DEI practitioner (either internal or external), preferably across sectors

  • Preferably certified with the IDI

  • Developing DEI strategies

  • Conducting DEI training

  • Facilitating DEI conversations
